Funny Hats

I wear a toque in the kitchen because my tasks include baking and preparing meals. Having a dandy circus print in my collection of fabric, I sewed toque cirques, not toque blanches. Following tradition, I don my toque cirque before bringing out ingredients and then mind good habits for sanitation, creation and nutrition; not perfectly, but satisfactorily.
