CCC II

Tasters of Chocolate Chip Cookie II have weighed in that the consistency is better than the crumbly Chocolate Chip Cookie I, I say because tahini helps chewiness and oatmeal flour does not. True confessions; using whole wheat flour, while wholesome, produces a uniformly cakey cookie. I've been using Trader Joe's white whole wheat and I've got to stop and go to King Arthur All Purpose.
